Exceptional
Liked: The continental breakfast was delicious, large spread that even offered a made to order omelette. The rooms were clean and a quiet stay for our family of 4.

would stay there again
Liked: Breakfast is insanely good! pool was decent and had good hours. really nice rooms. very helpful staff.
Disliked: I don't know why Massachusetts hotels are so expensive, but was pretty high priced. laundry was expensive too. getting in and out of the property is pretty tricky. (one way exit and make a u-turn in a mall parking lot)

Very impressed with my stay...
Liked: Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant /bar. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Many varied options and very clean and organized. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely stay here again if I come back to this area.
Disliked: Parking was a bit far from the hotel and needed to carry my heavy bags to my car. Was a bit confusing which door to come in/go out with my luggage and so I ended up walking pretty far with my heavy luggage. Also had trouble figuring out how to get to my room (303) from the back parking lot. I ended up needing to go back out and around to the front and in again/up elevator to find my room. Other than that, the stay was absolute perfection .

Convenient overnight stop, but you...
Liked: We returned after three nights, for an overnight stay here before driving home, because the location was convenient for our purposes. This time we got to enjoy the breakfast which was very tasty and abundant. Staff at the breakfast buffet were very pleasant and polite, despite it being extremely busy. They did a great job.
Disliked: When we checked in we were assigned a room on the same floor as we had been three nights before, so we parked in the same area, unloaded our luggage and started looking for our room---with no success. We went back down to the lobby to find a long line of guests checking in. When we finally reached the front desk, we were told that our room was in the opposite wing, in the atrium (different elevator, different parking area). Why wasn't that made clear initially? There was also the same issue with difficulty regulating the room temperature. This hotel seems very popular with families with children, very popular. There were, without any exaggeration, hundreds of children. Most were well behaved, but we did not appreciate the contingent who thundered around the upper floors of the atrium until late in the evening. They took full advantage of the pool and games room, and the atrium elevator floor was constantly wet with pool water drippings. Many were unsupervised by adults, even in the breakfast area where unattended kids piled their plates with mountains of food, that no doubt went uneaten (there were sausages, pastries and cereal on the floor). The polite and pleasant staff was doing a valiant job, both of keeping the buffet replenished and of keeping the area clean. They are to be commended for doing a difficult job well!

Fine for an overnight. A...
Liked: Very good breakfast, although because of a very late arrival the night before (in a nor'easter!) my husband slept late and did not take advantage of it. I was told coffee would still be available in the lobby, but when he went down a half hour after breakfast was over, the lobby coffee had been removed.
Disliked: Our room temperature was hard to regulate. We usually like it on the cooler side, but it was rainy and cold outside and the air conditioning was still blasting in the room. We tried to adjust the temperature, but it just kept resetting to the original cold setting. We ended up just shutting it off completely. The shower: A handheld shower would have been nice. I did not have a shower cap with me and asked the room cleaner if one was available. No, she said, we don't have those. It was a bit tricky trying to wash without completely wetting my hair. Supplying this inexpensive item to guests would have made a big difference.
