Clean room, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, free drinks and good breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t receive the room I made reservations for, but it was nice. A little on the expensive side for only one night. Had to leave my room to get linen for sofa bed and more towels.

Superb

Liked: The room was amazing very comfortable very clean. The rooms for the price was right on point and better , my only complaint was your sight offer earlier check in and basically approved it then I was told no at the property the host said to come back around 230 we can back actually around 330 and had to stand and wait exactly till 4pm I noticed they did this with everyone don't offer something you refuse to do this is far from hospitalab and for such a rated hotel was below my expectations

Pretty good but not worth...

Liked: Liked having two separate rooms in our hotel room.
Disliked: The pool was freezing and we couldn't swim even though its june. And its really expensive to stay for 1 night.

Passable

Liked: I only booked this hotel for the pool after checking I found out the pool wasn’t open and I couldn’t get my money back immediately after checking in
Disliked: Before you guests check in let them know what amenities that’s not available

Recommend but needs improvement!

Liked: I liked the look and the location!
Disliked: The couch and the pillows wasn't as comfortable as I'd like(definitely can use improvement).
