Horrible experience!

Liked: I love the location and the breakfast.
Disliked: My fiancé and I got stuck on the elevator. It did a drop like in movies. New fear unlocked! The elevator literally tore up while we were on there. We were stuck for 35-40 mins. The maintenance guy couldn’t get us out so they had to do an emergency call to get the fire department out to get us out. We took a picture of the Certificate of Operation and it hasn’t been inspected in over a year! They gave us a $40 Make it Right which we didn’t even get to use. I honestly believe our stay at that point should’ve been automatically free! My fiancé birthday was a nightmare!
