Nice and clean but ask...

Liked: Clean , nice workers and a pretty building
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable.it felt like we were laying on plastic bags. We woke up ns slept on the couch instead . Our backs hurt so bad .

Beautiful, quiet location but my...

Liked: I liked the facility. It was well taken care of and clean. Close to the highway and lots and of great stores nearby. Convenient and quiet
Disliked: I only stay at Embassy Suites. I love them that much. We enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay but my beautiful Black husband had a bad experience with the staff when he attempted to carry my cup of tea upstairs from breakfast. I needed to take medication and wanted to take it with the last of the cup I had with my breakfast. The older woman who checked us in hollered at him about the cup from across the large lobby full of guests. Not only was that embarrassing and completely uncalled for but we literally got on the elevator with a couple with two to go containers from their breakfast as well. I’m convinced we were called out based solely on race as the other guests, who were not stopped or yelled at, were not Black. No apologies offered. I guess that’s how they treat their guests of color but it was an uncomfortable stay for us for the next three mornings at breakfast of our vacation.
