Disliked: Elevators are absurd…how long they take and stopping on every floor when no one is there

Liked: The property was very neat and clean. You can tell that they take pride in their appearance.
Disliked: No real complaints about the property. Some of the luggage racks need to be replaced bc they were difficult to maneuver. They also need to get all the elevators up and running. The two near the front were running there was one running on the back end where we were that just hit every floor and ran slowly. The other one in that area didn’t move at all. It was like that when we stayed back in September ‘24.

Disliked: I’m crying writing the manager gave me 1 night free because 700$ word cloths/giftcard got thrown away “they say” by staff when I was in the same room 1 week , they always ask do I want them clean I say no not one person clean speak English I spent all this money to have my stuff took it really hurt

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice
Disliked: There was people that didn't stay there coming to the pool and we couldn't even get to enjoy ourselves. The dogs at the hotel pooped sooo many times in the elevator and in the dining area it was too much to bear. The stay was terrible

Liked: Everything was great it was clean renovare very pretty hotel
Disliked: The hotel was hot, and not a little but but hot my AC never went from from 74 degrees even after placing it at 60 asked for help but it didn’t change anything this was the hottest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it was it’s temperature all over not just my room.
