Good hotel for the money

Liked: good quality hotel. great location. bonus drinks at the bar for all guests
Disliked: the smell in the room could be better. Acceptable but perfect

Elevator didn’t work inside and...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Only had one elevator working out of three inside property. Caused long line to go up to room or to leave. For the price we paid more than one elevator should work. Had to pay for parking and the garage is a walk from property. In addition the garage elevators were not always working. When they did work it was fastER to use stairs than to wait in 100 degree weather. In addition, the garage elevator does not have AC so it was extremely hot and had horrible smell. Room had a musk smell like someone previously smoked in it. Stayed on 9 th floor which had it posted as a premium stay. There was nothing premium about the 9th floor.

I enjoyed it.

Disliked: There was no designated area for dog to use (restroom).

Liked: Breakfast area was nice. Rooms are large and convenient for families. Good amenities in the room.
Disliked: We had a wet washcloth covered in make-up in the cabinet with our clean towels, left from the person before. Small spiders on our belongings. Normally wouldn't make a note of it, but it happened repeatedly. Only one elevator was working over the course of the 3 days we were there. Made getting anywhere take much longer, especially with luggage you can't take on the stairs. For the price of the room, I expected much more.

4 day stay to go...

Liked: Excellent hotel and location. Right at the bridge about a 5 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Very easy to get around. Very safe at night. Nice quiet hotel. Good breakfast and really good happy hour in the afternoon.

Disappointing

Liked: Decent breakfast
Disliked: The only elevator for guests in the hotel was broken. That was horrible. Of the 3 elevators, 1 worked and it is spring break.
