Everything else was great especially...

Liked: The staff was nice at front desk, pool area was clean and great hot tub, but cleaning staff did not speak English, had no key, nor could they understand simple request to clean room or linen needed changing.
Disliked: The cleaning of room and changing linen had to be requested everyday even though it was requested upon check in. We had medical conditions requiring cleanliness of room and fresh linen.
