Clean room

Liked: Great location adjacent to Atlantic Station. Clean room.
Disliked: We could hear the people in the room next door. Room was not ready at 4 pm as stated on website. Waited in the lobby till almost 5.

Disliked: The room door stuck. Shampoo was empty, asked for extra towels and never received them

It was ok

Liked: It wasn’t my first time at the property. I was there in January of 2024. The experience last year was way better than this year.
Disliked: The service , front seat takes long to answer phones , on two occasions house keep took the towel dirty towels and never replace the with the clean once. I had to call front desk for towels

Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff members there, also the location is very good.
Disliked: I didn't like that since we got to the hotel we didn't get any shampoo and conditioner the containers were empty,( I have my own shampoo but still 3 or 4 days they didn't check on that) also my houseband went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper (2 times)and towels . And the first day we arrived, my 1 year old baby girl found a grape under the tv stand, and the room had big stains on the carpet and on the sofa.

Great room, but breakfast was...

Liked: Happy hour drinks and snacks were a great perk. Our room was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Both mornings there was no silverware or cups when we got there, and very few plates. One morning there was no coffee. Items on the hot and cold bars were very sparse by 8:30.
