Exceptional

Great everything!

Liked: I was coming in a train wreck. My mom had a heart attack and I didn't know how long I was gong to have to stay and had to add an additional day, and I had booked through a third party and was freaking out as to the process and having to be at the hospital at the same time. Not knowing if I would lose my room or how it would all work but the staff was exceptional, and their kindness was so appreciated. Ian even chased me down as I came in one night just to ask about my mom. I had to leave to go back home to Tennessee for a couple of days due to mom's complications and our finances, but when we find out when/if the surgery will take place, we'll stay no where else but here. They are wonderful! The location to the hospital is great, the rooms are very clean and well stocked. The perks of the bar, appetizers, and fabulous breakfast are amazing!!
Disliked: Staff was exceptional, the perks are amazing. Rooms are clean. Location was great. Views were amazing.

Several issues made this a...

Liked: The breakfast was the best about our stay. The omlette cook was outstanding, but she was a one person show. A second eggs to order station is needed.
Disliked: First, it took us almost an hour to check in when we already had reservations. The front desk lady that first helped us was rude. I felt like we were bothering her. Just before midnight, the fire alarm went off. I tried to call the front desk several times(4+) before someone finally answered. It was a false alarm. Again, I felt like I was bothering the person on the other end on the line. During the breakfast hours, a drink was spilled on the floor, right outside the elevators. A staff member put up a wet floor sign, but left what was spilt. We went and had breakfast, loaded our vehicle and checked out and the floor still wasn't cleaned up. I watched a teenager trip over the sign when she left the elevator. It shouldn't of taken that long to mop up a spill, especially one that was right outside an elevator.
