Hotel was nice dealing with...
Liked: Terrible experience with front office people and management. They messed up my credit card many times. I would never stay at the location ever again. I was on hold over 12 times and kept having to hang up after over 10 minutes of holding to call back and be on hold again over several days.

Liked: The room was clean and the breakfast was good
Disliked: Check in wasn't smooth. I stayed at the reception over 1 hour after check in time and still wasn't Checked in. The receptionist was so rude even when they were at fault cause it was past my Check in time
