Liked: Nothing. The worse hotel- motel ever
Disliked: Service at reception, bed linen, no cleaning, no bottle water in the room, terrible breasfast.

Liked: It was terrible. That hotel is worse than 2 stars motel on the way to Alaska. Liners was very poor quality. Bed mattres was old and crumpled. Hotel did not find our booking.com reservation so we had to pay doible. Our reservation was cancelled as we had 3 hours flight delay even we called them about it and even we had a prepayment. Lady at a desk did not know what was going on. No cleaning service!!!!
Disliked: Liners, service, breakfast, no bottled water, bed matters.

Disliked: CHECK IN AND MORNING STAFF make guests feel like the guest is imposing on thier time. Not friendly, not helpful, not apologetic all round, not what was expected. late check-in and late check out requested multiple times before arrival never responded to messages requested made at check-in differed to 7am again made to feel as we were imposing on time.too engaged in screens and phones to acknowledge and greet gusts. Not a pleasant welcome nor departure experience at this establishment.COFFEE DISPENSER "paid for service" AT RECEPTION out of service as needed to be cleaned at arrival was still out of service for cleaning 7am and 11 am.BRAKFAST WAS GOOD BUS AGAIN, not a friendly or helpful staff.

Disliked: We got a room that had someone inside. The staff called us at 12:30 in the midnight to ask admin questions.
