We will stay here any time we are in Amarillo, TX.

Liked: Being so close to the Amarillo Civic Center. It was so nice, them taking our car and not having to try to find a parking space. The people were so nice; the room was so clean!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all good.

Roomy and clean stay

Liked: The place was very clean and spacious! The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The pool area was sub par for a fancy expensive hotel like embassy.

NEVER EVER NEVERCorporate FIRE MARK...

Liked: Worse experience EVER!!! NOT because of BOOKING.com!!!! They were great!!! IT WAS THE HOTEL STAFF!!! My daughter and granddaughter arrived late at night after a looong drive. They were told their room was cancelled. That BOOKING.COM had not sent the payment to them!!! MARK ARGANBRIGHT (he wouldn’t repeat the spelling of his name) was BEYOND RUDE.!!! I have NEVER spoken to a ruder, condescending person!!! He said if my daughter and her child did not IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE HOTEL he would CALL THE POLICE!!!! They would horrified!!! My daughter called her husband, he gave the hotel his credit card to book a room..FAR FAR OVER THE REGULAR RATE!!!They were scared, traumatized, exhausted. They stayed (after midnight) and left early ( the same day) in the morning.
Disliked: READ ABOVE!!!! I pray NO ONE EVER ENCOUNTERS MARK ARGANBRIGHT!!! Hilton….fire him NOW!!!He was so good at intimidating that he must have had LOTS of practice!!!
