Liked: Because of its location and suites
Disliked: This was the 3rd time in 3 years that I have stayed there. My stay is normally just over 2 weeks. Part way through I go away for a weekend using Amtrak - which is next to the hotel. Previously I have been able to leave my suitcases at the hotel for the weekend. Then taking a small travel bag! The collect my suitcases on my return. All my rooms are paid for in advance. However, this time the duty manager informed me that rules had changed for security reasons. But, I could leave my bags for the day and collect later - therefore don’t get the security bit!! Eventually I found an away to leave my bags elsewhere at the cost of over $120. Still don’t get why I couldn’t leave my bags for the weekend as the risk is the same for a few hours as a few days.What I do know is that I want be staying there again. Before I finish let me tell you that restaurant and house cleaning staff are excellent.
