Enjoyed the stay, 1st time...

Liked: The location was perfect for us because it was directly across from the event we were attending.
Disliked: Nothing that they could control but there weren?t eateries right near the hotel.

Liked: Hotel desk person Crystal answered our questions and offered suggestions to me and my handicapped mother which made us feel comfortable. She took time with us and we felt cared for. Best hotel experience ever!!! Thank you Crystal and Embassy Suites. We look forward to staying with you again.

Liked: The hotel looks very good, is very clean and the room is very spacious.
The staff is very nice.
Everything it was better than I expected and for a fair price.
It's the best Embassy suites I've ever been in.

Liked: Convenient location and excellent stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This was our second stay here and we will continue to stay here when we are in the area.
