Stained Rugs in my Suite

Liked: I really liked the outdoor atmosphere while being indoors.. The hotel gave me cruise vibes.
Disliked: The hotel suit itself was ok. The rugs were stained horribly in every room. They need to be pulled up and thrown away.

Update the rooms. Quality control.

Liked: There wasn’t much.
Disliked: The rooms were dated and dirty. My allergies were kicking up because of the dust in the vents. The bathroom walls were water logged and molding. The elevators had a strong chemical smell the entire time.We had to request a new room because it felt uncomfortable compared to the embassy suits we generally book. This is my first bad stay at one. It was disappointing. The staff was accommodating and pleasant, however.

Liked: We love staying at embassy suites wherever we go. The managers happy hour, and the great breakfast make it a great place to relax on trips.
Disliked: This property seemed unclean, and not very hospitable. We were greeted by an employee who was too busy to help us, and then getting our room was fine, but not overly warm and friendly. Our room still had dirty washcloths from the previous guests, and not enough clean ones for ourselves. When we asked for more, it took a very long time to get them, and the front seemed a little annoyed. The room had a very strong chemical smell from the cleaners they used. It wasn’t a fresh clean, it was quite harsh.

Liked: The breakfast was great! We didn’t make the complimentary afternoon gathering but I thought it was nice that they offer it!
Disliked: The elevator was a little slow. Traffic in the afternoon was really bad to try to get off the service road.

Terrible Experience

Liked: The room was not as clean as it should’ve been, the heat wasn’t working at all! The staff had major attitude problems! I will definitely not go back nor recommend them to anyone. I left my cell phone charger was given the run around, wasn’t worth it! Just bought me a new one.

Bad

Disliked: Even though my room was paid through Booking in advance, the hotel tried to charge my credit card for the full amount that had already been paid over 6 times the whole weekend. I'm glad my card marked it as fraud and kept declining the entry.
