I did not stay there and I have not been given a refund

Liked: nothing it was cancelled before we arrived and I was told I am owed nothing and the hotel is shut. I have sent the hotel a message to say I paid in full in November with evidence. with no reply. I was due to stay on Saturday I found out Saturday morning it was closed so had to quickly find an alternative. can someone please give me a refund
