Excellent real boutique hotel with...
Liked: Superb location. Very friendly staff (every single one of them !). Lovely beautiful and cosy room and spacious bathroom with excellent shower.A beautiful pub downstairs and with very good pub food.
Disliked: The only minus was that our room was next to the stairs with a loud swing door that woke me up every time someone came through.

A unique atmosphere
Liked: Overall, the hotel is great, with a good location and an amazing restaurant downstairs. The rooms have a unique atmosphere, a cool, historic feel, and are well-equipped (various biscuits, teas, iron, etc.).
Disliked: The only minus is that it was my first time at this hotel in the summer and the room was quite hot, and unfortunately there is no air conditioning.

Great stay with such a...
Liked: We love how friendly and welcoming all who work there are especially at the desk - above and beyond - it is not just to us but also to our dog - Luna. It’s the perfect location on the embankment - we enjoyed a meal with friends al fresco. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and it’s are go to place now when we come down to see family.
Disliked: Nothing
