Ok, but misleading advertising, rude...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The location was very good.
Disliked: The staff were not very attentive, and treated us rather like an inconvenience. We would put up with this, but the attitude of one staff member in particular thoroughly spoilt our stay. On our 2nd day, we asked for an alternative to toast at breakfast and we were told we would have to pay extra. I asked the server to check this (all we wanted were English muffins instead of toast!), and explained that if we were going to be charged extra, then we didn't want the item. After we returned to our table, another staff member came over and her manner was very brusque, to say the least. I explained that I didn't understand why a different bit of bread was such a problem, but that we weren't willing to pay extra for it. She then started shouting at us, saying that we only had a 10 per day allowance for our breakfast and we couldn't possibly be allowed anything in addition to the particular item from the menu that we'd ordered, and that we should consider the allowance to be generous. Her reaction was utterly disproportionate to the actual cost to the B&B of allowing us to have a muffin instead of toast with our breakfast. We were not informed, either at the point of booking or at check in or on our first day, that there was a limit to what we were allowed to order at breakfast; in fact, we were told we could order whatever we wanted from the menu. In any case, what we tried to order would not have exceeded their 10/day allowance over the two days of our stay. I also note that this allowance would not be sufficient for the full English breakfast option. Be warned! We paid for a large double bed, which was stated on our booking to measure 151-180cm. The bed we were given was much smaller - it was a 140cm double. When I queried the rate on this basis, there was no attempt to apologise, rectify the excess charge or make any gesture of goodwill. The buffet service at breakfast was not replenished, despite our requests.
