Overall experience was great
Liked: Very clean with great staff
Disliked: Needs drink making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee would make this the perfect low cost stay

Warm, clean welcoming hotel.
Liked: Easy to find hotel well signposted on A41, with ample secure parking. My room was upgraded (room 10) thanks.Good, clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Good WIFI signal 5G & all Freeview TV channels.Cooked breakfast large and delicious. Special mention to Staff members Sam and Jennifer for their kindness.Will be staying again on my return journey so will recommend.

Good location for the university...
Liked: This was just an overnight stop between cities we had to go to for work, so while the hotel was not a luxury hotel, it was perfectly adequate and served our purpose well.

Nice rooms, plenty of parking...
Liked: the beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The reception member was pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and was just right. Cooked to order. Plenty of parking and gates locked at night for security.
Disliked: no one on reception when leaving even though rang the bell and called out a number of times. Left key at front desk. steps in bedroom as you enter should have a warning sign on bedroom door.
