Ely House Hotel (a one...

Liked: Friendly, professional staff member. Who doubled up as receptionist and waiter. Nice clean room. The cooked breakfast I was able to eat was very nice.
Disliked: Couldn't reach the hotel direct the day before which would have been helpful. I could only leave voice mail. I needed clarification of Gluten Free food availability and the distance to the place where I needed to get to on my visit as it was my first visit to Wolverhampton. Limited TV channels 5 or 6 only I counted. Breakfast 7am-8.30am which for a leisure trip was quite early. If I could have spoken to the hotel and found this out I wouldn't have paid for the room and breakfast deal.
