Liked: We choose this hotel before others when visiting Wolverhampton because of its proximity to the city centre, warm welcome and general levels of comfort.
Disliked: This is not exactly a dislike - we don't usually take breakfast here because we like the little cafe down the road, which is cheaper.

Liked: Despite a slightly scruffy outside the hotel is a gem inside. I arrived as advised at 12 & had emailed about leaving my small suitcase & was told that would be fine. When I arrived the hotel was closed with a sign that check in was from 3pm. Thankfully a lovely lady appeared & opened up for me to leave the case. The single room was a decent size, recently renovated & very clean. The man on reception was very helpful when I asked for the heating to be turned off. A simple hotel but good value for money & suited my needs. There is parking which I didn’t need.
Disliked: More detail about leaving luggage when hotel is closed. Check in & staff only available from 3pm-11pm.

Liked: I have no complaint whatsoever about this hotel , the whole place was spotless ,i would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.
