Liked: The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel was very nice with a boutique feel.
Disliked: The pillows were the one thing I wasn’t a fan of. There was only 3 on a king bed and they weren’t great.

Liked: Based on the photos and reviews, I entered with high expectations. Most of which were met at first glance. The facility was a stunning place and even smelt pleasant with a sweet aroma as you entered the lobby. The staff was very friendly and provided attentive assistance when needed. The attention to detail for those who have dogs made my stay extremely pleasant regarding the materials used for the doors and floors to avoid damages. Ontop of that, the room was WHITE! Everything was super clean and the bed was nice and just soft enough for us to sleep well. Qudos to housekeeping. They were constantly hard at work from what I've seen and always had a smile in passing. I sure hope they are compensated well.
Disliked: Although this hotel is stunning and has a very luxe first impression, the longer you stay, the more you start to understand the negative reviews. The walls were paper thin. My partner and I were woken up multiple times during our stay. Night one, the room next to our's alarm went off multiple times in the morning. The following morning, around 6 am, a causation woman in a Lincoln SUV parked directly outside of our window shouted profanities including multiple use of the "N" word and exploits of a sexual nature. We chose this hotel for their pet friendly advertisement. Before booking, I had performed research and noticed the by law that if dogs cause a disturbance, they may be removed from the room and the owner will be charged a pet watching fee. With this in mind, I would have thought we would have been providided a more insulated room. My dogs are very well behaved and typically do not bark especially when put in their pin. However, due to the thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. We were concerned about them making noise from hearing any little sound outside of the room. Our trip was limited because we were unable to leave them behind as planned. Making it very disappointing. I propose management provide dog owners with better insulated rooms in the future for this to be avoided.

Lifestyle little gem in Lexington.

Liked: A real gem and antidote to the traditional US hotel offering; super-friendly team, super food & bar offering and quirky design all made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will be back!
Disliked: Nothing really. Maybe a peloton or similar in the gym?
