Liked: After a booking made on another platform fell through with no notice, Elstree Inn came to the rescue. Good value, friendly welcome, handy location - will use again
Disliked: Basic accommodation but couldn't argue for the price.

Disappointed after last visit -...

Liked: Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room exceptionally clean
Disliked: Too many separate emails. Had to pay same price for a shared bathroom as previously paid for an ensuite. Bathroom & shower doors noisy/squeaky causing disturbance during night/early morning. No mirror in room, only in toilet.Room was in a house, whjch could do wuth some tlc, separate from main building
