Lovely sea view

Liked: Booked a double room decent price and also got a sea view which was lovely to have. Staff was friendly and helped with my case up the stairs due to no lift. Room has everything you needed cannot complain for the price perfect location also.

Good location, does the job.

Liked: Room had good space and was tidy and clean upon entrance.
Disliked: Shower turned on randomly in night, bathroom smelled weird sometimes (sewage? or neighbours smelt) windows banging from wind.

Liked: The location was superb
Disliked: The hotel was very neglected. Thread bare carpet hanging off stairs, my disabled husband slipped on it. Gripper rod on stairs exposed. Mould in the bathroom, water damage obvious, cracked tiles in the bathroom. Ceiling light had exposed wires. ALL fire doors wedged open, huge fire safety risk. Cereal all open with flies nearby.

Great location but wouldn’t stay...

Disliked: Carpets throughout the hotel were old and dirty. The bed in my room had a plank of wood under the mattress. My shower was full of mould. Paint was flaking and bubbling. Breakfast wasn’t great as the orange juice was actually squash and the yogurts were the cheapest smart price supermarket yogurts. The whole place needs an update.

Liked: Property was very tired which is a shame because it’s in a great location beach front views, close to the shops & pier.
Disliked: Location!
