Excellent value, clean, and good...

Liked: This was a last minute booking during a road trip, we needed a place to stay for the night.The location is excellent and there was plenty of parking on site.Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance; our room was very clean and the heater had been turned out ahead of time so we entered into a cozy, warm room.The mattresses are comfortable, and there were lots of towels for all of us.zwe didn't need the microwave or mini-fridge, but it was nice to have them in the room.in the morning we had access to the complimentary keurig coffee in the office.we were relieved it was a non-smoking facility
Disliked: note that this is listed on booking.com as a "double room with two queen beds" but it is actually a double room with two double beds.

Not clean, not respectful, not...

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: It was in a noisy area. Visitors or residents do not respect your privacy. We got woken up one night because someone was asking for a lighter you can hear everything through the walls. The rooms were dirty, the fridge was dirty. The sheets were dirty. I would not come back to this place.

Liked: The people in the next room stayed up all night doing drugs and having exceptionally loud sex. A lot of people coming and going all hours of the night in that parking lot, seemed like a drug hot spot, unfortunately. Aside from the sink not draining and the unsavory people around, the bed was quite comfortable.
Disliked: Regular maintenance on the plumbing and ac/heating unit could have gone a long way. The woman who checked me in gave me someone else's receipt and experian booking. She failed to listen to me about it when I initially brought it up about the price being different. I had already pre paid.
