Liked: Because I was given a roof top room, the water flow was barely flowing as normal. Water flow for the showers and the toilet were minimal. No replacement for the milk and sugar were made. The room was very very very very hot and there weren't any fan when I asked for one, so I have keep the windows wide open (not safe) throughout the night.
Disliked: The waterfowl and no fan provided.

Shocking hotel

Liked: Polite reception staff.
Disliked: Very dirty, walls stained and holes in ceilings. Head boards broke, plugs broke. Shower filthy, poor shower pressure. Window frames black with mould.

Liked: On arrival, they were friendly enough. Clean bedding and towels
Disliked: Shower was bad, room needed a lot of attention, lick of paint, some kind of air con as it was a very hot week. WiFi signal poor and had to buy extension lead to get power from other side of room to bed area.
