Passable

Liked: The room and bathroom were satisfactory enough for the price
Disliked: Unfortunatley, the toilet seat had a bunch of dried wee on it which I had to clean off with a bar of soap. Especially disapointing when the rest of the room was set up to a satisfactory standard.

Liked: Great, price, able to check-in early, plenty of parking.
Disliked: Bath side rusty, filthy cobwebs behind the tv

Not worth staying at unless...

Liked: Cheap hotel and in an ok location
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was very dirty. Very outdated hotel. Room had a bad smell in it. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Rubbish from other guests in draws.

Very poor, not worth it

Liked: Well located for buses into Reading. Walking distance to the Earley cafe for breakfast which is lovely.
Disliked: The hotel was not clean, sticky doors, dusty dirty carpet. The bedroom had not been cleaned properly, cobwebs and dirty floors and walls. Bathroom very tired and grubby. Price hiked up for Reading festival

Good for the price

Liked: The property was next to multiple bus stop which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: The room wasn’t great but it’s what you expect for the price and I felt safe there.

REALLY SHOCKING HOTEL, HOW THEY...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: THE BEDROOM WAS REALLY DISCUSTING NO PLG IN THE SINK NO LIGHT SWITCH FOR THE BATHROOOM SHOWER WAS REALLY NOT CLEAN A LOT OF SCUM ON THE SHOWER GLASS. IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. BREAKFAST WAS A CLEAN THE FORK AND KNIFES BEFORE USE THEY WERE ALWAYS GREASY LOOKING, IT COST 6 POUNDS FOR SOMETHING YOU DID NOT REALLY WANT TO EAT BUT YOU TRIED. ANYWAY I DID NOT STAY LONGER THAN I NEEDED I LEFT AFTER A FEW DAYS AND CAME BACK TO A HOTEL WHICH PUT THAT PLACE TO SHAME. IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WITH AT LEAST A COAT OF PAINT. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY IT WAS SHOCKING THE MONEY DID NOT ENTER INTO IT I JUST PUT IT DOWN TO A BAD DEAL.
