Horrible experience !!! A nightmare!

Liked: Nothing , I will never stay at this hotel ever again
Disliked: Door man and front desk were super rude . I was accused of doing prostitution in the hotel by the doorman supported by the front desk as well only because couple of my friends came upstairs to my room for 15 minutes during the day “not at night” . We had to called the police because of this incident , the front desk which his name was APE and the doorman who’s name was Peter did not wanted to let me go upstairs to my room at night when I came back to the hotel . The police came and clarified those false accusations and then I could finally go up to my room and sleep for 2 hours only before my check out . I paid 538$ for 2 night at this hotel in queens that was actually dirty there was hair in the shower and the floor of the bathroom was not clean either . The ice machine downstairs was out of service and front desk and doorman were rude . The stay at this hotel was a nightmare !! I would not recommend it . False accusations is a crime !!!

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: We had received one hand towel and one for the face in two… no bath rub to exit the shower.I had to ask several times to get extra towels and finally got them the next day. The same was for shampoo and conditioner. We were able to receive them two days later.The room wasn’t very clean.

Liked: Cleanliness was awesome..Location was fantastic....
Disliked: Complimentary water bottles could be provided.Rate is very high as per the hotel.

Liked: I left my cellphone in the taxi as soon as i was checking in i realized i left and right away the attendant called my phone for me and the taxi driver answered and returned my phone
