Liked: The breakfast was very nice. I really appreciate a home made breakfast before venturing out for the day.

Cozy, quiet, and clean!

Liked: Very clean and cozy bed and breakfast. Host was very friendly and breakfast provided was great! Location is good, close enough to the main Falls area to walk/drive but far enough away where it's quiet and secluded. You can tell the place is very well taken care of and it was a lovely time.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say, would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to.

Perfect place to stay when...

Liked: Good location on a quiet street with plenty of off street parking. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hostess is very friendly and an exceptional chef. Breakfast provided was a quality hand crafted meal using fresh ingredients, not an off the shelf prepackaged meal like you get at other places. Check in and check out process went very smoothly.
Disliked: Not a single thing.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The hostess cooked to order and she had little pastries and fruit to munch on while we waited.
Disliked: Nothing this was a perfect hide away for us.

Very nice place and location...

Liked: Vindia was very pleasant host and took good care of us during our visit. She even offered to switch our room as it was upstairs and my wife has mobility issues. We survived! Offered to drive us to bus pickup location on departure day to help with luggage, etc.
Disliked: Ensuite toilet would be better if it was the newer higher model for people with mobility issues but was fine

We would stay there again...

Liked: The owner is on site and prepares excellant breakfasts. Her pancakes are light and fluffly so I ordered them 2 days in a row. We took the Executive Apartment next door. It had a washer and dryer which we really needed after 14 days on the road. I could not get the washer to start up and when I reported it shortly before leaving for the day, the owner not only started it and explained what I had missed, but put the cleaned laundry in the dryer for us. All with a smile. In a quiet neighborhood steps away from the River Road to all the excitement.
Disliked: Note that the 15 steps up to the apartment are a bit steep, but a strong rail to grip.
