Gem in Minnesota

Liked: Big rooms. Big bath. Free water. Comfy. Staff nice. Good service.
Disliked: For such a nice place, the towels need an upgrade. Terrible weekend service at the on-site restaurant for breakfast. Bar could stay open longer on weekends.

Liked: Prime location to get to the convention center. Very cozy interior and room.
Disliked: We always like having a bigger refrigerator to put our waters/thermoses in & a hot tub for our sore muscles after tournaments so those would've made it even better than it already was. But no complaints!

Liked: I absolutely loved the whole experience! From the moment I stepped out of my Uber with my bags, I was greeted by Jerome who helped me with my bags and showed me around. Then, at check in, I was offered a complimentary root beer which was delicious! When I got to my room I opened a hand written note welcoming me to the hotel and Minneapolis. I even opened the fridge to find a plate of gorgeous fruit! I love that you have mild with the tea/ coffee machine as so many other places I have stayed don't have this. Then every day my room was made up I found two chocolates on my bed!The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I felt my whole experience I was constantly surprised and delighted!What an absolutely fantastic experience! I will be staying with The Marriott across the Globe going forwards!
Disliked: That I had to leave! ha ha

Disliked: I stayed from 2nd to 12th March and I wascharged u$1,000 as deposit money but notrefunded yet while they told me refund would take a few days more.How soon they wouldtake measure to refundWirh Rgs.HakSooLee

Liked: Clean and well maintained property. The staff was very very nice and responsive. If you need a stylish, clean, quiet space its god for that. But there arent any bells and whistles.
Disliked: No real amenities. The parking was very expensive. Theres very little nearby in terms of restaurants so you are reliant on the hotel restaurant which is okay but nothing great, and expensive.
