Liked: Excellent hotel location set in landscaped grounds and close to a motorway junction. Good-sized, well-furnished and clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: The breakfast food offering could be improved with wider variety and higher quality ingredients.

A peaceful and spotless stay...

Liked: I had a lovely stay at the Ellington Lodge. The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for, with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. It’s in a great location too—just a pleasant walk from Southampton Airport Parkway, which made arriving and departing easy. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: There weren’t any shops nearby—it’s about a 20-minute walk, which was fine in sunny weather but might be less pleasant if it’s raining. Also, the breakfast was a bit pricey at £14.95.

Liked: Clean, located nearby a beautiful lake and green area. A bus stop right in front of the hotel to the city center.

Liked: Lovely venue, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: A hairdryer that didn't work

Suited our needs

Liked: We picked this hotel as it was close to an event we were attending. We had a garden room with a terrace which was lovely in the heat and very comfortable. Breakfast was good as was the evening meal. Everyone was friendly and there was plenty of parking.
Disliked: Minor things. We were advised to re register our car reg on the tablet everytime we re entered the car park. The corridor outside our room had a mouldy smell. Room service was not available due to a function.
