Nice but not a vibe...

Liked: Nice place, very nice staff and the location was great.
Disliked: The pool is TINY! If there is any other guest in the pool, it’s very uncomfortable to hang around. The place isn’t very well kept, most of the outside furniture is too dirty to sit on.

Liked: Great location, you can walk to everything! Loved the breakfast baskets every morning, had a great variety of breakfast treats.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bathroom had no counter space for my toiletries

Liked: The property was lovely and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was delivered to our room in a beautiful basket every morning which was fab. Would stay again.
Disliked: The air con was very loud in the room.

Front desk needs to formalize...

Liked: Location was great. Wonderful healthy breakfasts, with fresh fruit daily.
Disliked: Upon the standard checkout time the host, whom had agreed to giving me a late checkout, hounded me to leave the property. My room access was cutoff even prior to the standard checkout time. I had to ask to gain entrance to gather my luggage. Once I was granted access, no more than 5 minutes later, he text asking if I had left yet. On my way out, I reminded him of our previous two discussions and his agreement to the later checkout time. He took no responsibility for his oversight, somehow it was on me for not reminding him of our conversations. This interaction completely changed my view of the property.

Liked: Location was nice
Disliked: The fact that my room was very small !!! There were termites in our bed absolutely all over the bed disquieting! We even showed the night manager and she said oh yeh those are termites it happens (REALLY) We left immediately and had to find a hotel at 11pm at night ! The bathroom shower also had rust running down the walls ! My husband and I were so disappointed! We were so looking forward to our stay ! Thank God we god all our money back ! And had to find a hotel they could only accommodate us for one night and we need three so we stayed one night and moved on to another hotel for the next two thank God we found an awesome place !
