Good time, would stay there...

Liked: I loved the grounds. Nice short walk down to the river.
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor so the room was a bit hot. Having a couple of benches out in the back yard under the tree, would have been nice. The lights on the back porch were too bright. Couldn't find a way to turn them off.

The rooms are charming and...

Liked: It was charming and very clean, although a little run down in some areas.
Disliked: We were very disappointed with the breakfast. The quality of the food was very mediocre and not particularly fresh. It reminded us of what you might find in an econo-hotel’s breakfast buffet.

Exceptional

Liked: The property is very beautiful and the homes vibe is incredible. The aura of the house and the owner is very welcoming. I can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Liked: The house is beautiful. The wood floors and painted rooms are wonderful. The stencil work adds character. The room was cozy. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: House needs a little love with peeling paint. Breakfast food was cold. No decaf coffee.

Liked: Beautiful place, nice people,good breakfast.
Disliked: I bought the room for a romantic night and it said king suite with a jacuzzi tub and hot tub. There was no hot tub and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I was told when looking In the tea room and asking questions about what bath salts I could use,I bought the room for the jacuzzi so was very disappointed at that.
