A great place to relax...

Liked: Elk & Avenue is beautiful! Close to everything in Banff, view of the mountain, super friendly staff. Love everything about it. We stayed once we before in the summer with our dog and they had a sweet little welcome package for him.
Disliked: The hot tub could use a bit of a refresh but it was a great temperature and we had it to ourselves.

Disliked: The fact that underground parking does not accommodate pickup trucks was not identified anywhere in booking so we had to park out back in one of four unidentified spots that were frequently "stolen" by non hotel guests who wanted to be close to downtown, which made us park on the street. and the mini splits are not designed for individual use. ie, we could not make ours cool down the room at any point because someone else on the chain had theirs set to heat. Room was always excessively hot even with window open
