Liked: Located in the heart of Banff made it easy to access shops and restaurants quickly. Fabulous hotel with comfy beds, large rooms, spa, sauna & restaurant. Great helpful staff.

Liked: Farm & Fire restaurant has great pizza and is one of the better restaurants (for value and food) in Banff. Great for date night or families. Nice decor in modern setting.
Disliked: Hotel is a decent 3*. Kind of feels like a motel with small rooms

Great Stay for Non-Drivers —...

Liked: Perfect Banff downtown location if you don’t drive — right next to a supermarket and the bus stop. Spacious loft-style room with a cozy living area and dining table. The staff are helpful, and the hotel restaurant offers decent food at a good price.
