Ok, but not great.
Liked: Bed was comfortable and hotel clean. Air on was good.
Disliked: Location. A good 40 mins walk from Bologna central and didn’t feel safest place to walk at night. We got a bus which was fine. Hotel room - laminate flooring was in need of repair with gapping between planks. Bathroom was in need of a refurb. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was ok, but could be chaotic - more a canteen than a restaurant. Asked at reception to get milk to make a cup of tea in the room, basically just asking for a bit of milk from the canteen response was no. There were the small cartons in the room but wanted a proper brew! 2nd attempt with different receptionist was more successful. It wasn’t 4 star. For the English readers of my review, it felt more Travelodge than a superior hotel.

Great hotel
Liked: Spotlessly clean, very quiet, room was cleaned daily and the staff were always on hand just incase. Around a 20 minute stroll into the centre of town. Great breakfast selection buffet style and lovely coffee. Lovely balcony with a great view of the city.

Disliked: I HIGHLY do not recommend this "hotel"!! The room smells unbearable of sewage... Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. My family and I were leaving for the airport at 6:55 a.m. The day before, I asked for croissants for breakfast on the plane (for the kids), they agreed, but on the day of departure, they weren't ready... I paid 25 euros for breakfast at the airport for the kids (which was paid for at the hotel). After returning the room key (we were waiting at reception for a taxi), my daughter wanted to use the restroom... the staff refused... claiming the restroom door was locked and they couldn't open it... 2 minutes after returning the room key... zero respect for the customer. The receptionist is always behind the screen never with people and doesn't care about the customers!Reply 19.07.2025 for the front office managerNot true. Take responsibility for your words and behavior. I pity the owners of such employees and their attitudes. I suggest the owner check the security cameras to see what really happened and take action. I don't recommend it, though.

Disappointing
Liked: Location was good and some features in the room were fine.
Disliked: Our room was ready after 1 hour we arrived at the hotel. Note that it was after the check-in hour.Staff was not very pleasant.No Iron machine in the room. We asked the front desk for one, but they said that they don't have. Laundry and ironing service available just from monday to friday.The room was clean but the rest of the hotel, was not.Breakfast was average.
