Liked: Great location, 2 blocks from the Haymarket Bus/Tram station. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable. Great shower, comfortable beds, spacious room
Disliked: No elevatorWeak internet

Superb

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Important to note that there is no elevator although staff can assist with luggage.
Disliked: It's probably time to replace the aging towels and linen (clean but wearing thin).

Ok but wouldnt recommend it

Liked: The location was ok . Staff were ok , friendly Rooms cleaned every day was a plus
Disliked: The noise from outside was horrendous . Builders filling skips and no apology for it . The seats outside the front door were filthy and filled ashtrays , stinking . Disappointing as it was Very expensive as no meals provided .

Superb

Liked: Great option to stay in Edinburgh for festival. We were a group of 3ladies and we were on 3rd floor. It's a traditional old beautiful building so expect to see original features.Not the Ritz but so good value for money. Situated at Haymarket pub so easy for walking or bus/taxi to Princess st Loved the biscuit option and refreshment.

Needs work, but great staff...

Liked: The staff is great, the location is optimal. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy.Loved the Tunnock’s in the room for the guest!Free tea/coffe and wee breakfast snacks by the reception
Disliked: The building is quite old and windows don’t open/close perfectly.The curtains are super thin and light, they do not block the sun at all, sleeping after 4am is a challenge.The bathroom needs work. A lot of work. Professional work.No luggage rack. The furniture doesn’t close properly.
