Disliked: We stated in the annex and the room was very warm and dark. Fan not sufficient to cool it down although it was not sunny outside

Liked: The staff was excellent. The hotel location was excellent.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were informed that the entire hotel was closed because of renovations so we were put in an adjoining hotel. I cannot rate the room in the hotel because we never saw it, but the room in the adjoining hotel was very nice.

Good to stay if you...

Liked: Close to the castle and locate in the central. Have the nice nature and you can take a walk especially in the summer season.
Disliked: It was too loud of the music and the car from the outside so it’s hard to sleep. I think it’s because our room is on the first floor.

Refreshing, rejuvenating and a place...

Liked: The room was luxurious and I was treated like a queen. Ante at reception was professional, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The cleaners were so kind and hospitable. It was nice to order a breakfast as room service the 1st morning and to be gifted it the second. I felt special and valued. Thank you.
Disliked: It was a bit pricey. As a pensioner, I would appreciate a discount on my return. Also, it would be nice to have the sauna and gym included in the booking price. A lovely, high quality hotel with staff who enjoy their job and like serving people.

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast was really good. The bathroom was really nice and clean with heated floor.
Disliked: The room was small. There was a lot of building work going on outside and on the building.
