Nice hotel, great for kids.

Liked: Great reception, in which the two kids received a small goodie bag, which was needed after a long trip. Also, they had a small table with drawing utilities close to the entrance of the hotel.Nice location in the downtown of Eskilstuna, close to parks, museums and water.The breakfast was nice as well, in which the kids had their own small buffet table, to our kids delight.
Disliked: The only downside which we noticed was that light from the outside got through the blackout curtains.

Disliked: Parking was additional cost, thought it wss expensive for room compared to rest of sweden.

A generally comfortable, happy stay.

Liked: We had a comfortable clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied catering for all tastes.
Disliked: The windows in our room wouldn’t stay open.Also, the hotel didn’t serve cappuccinos.
