Liked: I chose the top floor which is a duplex, and it was perfectly comfortable. Having a bathtub was a bonus. Breakfast in the mirror room was very relaxing and food variety was great. Soft boiled eggs were perfectly done. Providing vitamin C was very thoughtful.

Lovely looking hotel but disappointing...

Disliked: Our room was dirty , unclean , old wrappers in the cupboards and on the sides. hand prints all over the furniture and drinking items . Room was old , damaged etc etc . We stayed in the loft family room. Never again. We have stayed in this hotel a few times previously and the rooms were good. Standard of cleaning was just not acceptable. The hotel was so full we had to wait on two occasions to get tables to eat breakfast. We were told after asking the staff to just wait . No management of the breakfast area I’m afraid. Just not as good on this occasion as previous times.

Liked: The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptional, especially Johanna at the reception, who warmly welcomed us and provided excellent guidance for exploring the city. Our room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.
