Top! But mind the parking...

Liked: Professional reception.Good breakfast (though lack of organisation among staff for cleaning out tables, refilling the buffé, taking out plates before guests approval)You can switch off the ventilation in the room.
Disliked: Parking app...unclear..i thought i had it under controll..and i got a 500 sek fine at 0620 AM...because i did not confirm a "ending time" for the carpark...please Hotel managers, let us know about this? Or include a parking fee when we book.

Good for just a place...

Liked: It had all the basic amenities.The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect any restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There was never anyone at the front desk when we wanted to find out about having food delivered or purchasing snacks from the shop in the lobby.

Liked: It was clean. The room was cosy. The breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: I chose Elite because I have stayed at their places in different cities and am familiar with their standard. But, this night was far below expectations. The very basic thing I was looking for was a clean and quiet room to stay in. The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere. I tried to sleep for hours but couldn’t. Fortunately, I was able to change room and the new one was quiet.I had an important meeting early the next morning, and the lack of sleep really ruined my day due to the exhaustion. I was very disappointed that such a basic expectation wasn’t met.

They care about people

Liked: Very gentle persons. They had prepared a bag with a kids kit. Felt so welcome ☺️
