Nice stay

Liked: After our arrival we only met helpful and polite staff. Beautiful building.
Disliked: Got an email the day before telling me that we could not stay there as we were too many. Had to make few phone calls to get the correct information and in the end everything was fine and they welcomed us to the room we had booked in good advance. This was of course stressful and I would say not good work ethic to only let us know the day before our arrival. We wrote all our information and requests in the comment box on booking.com once we booked.

Good stay in handy city...

Liked: Location, staff and attached bar and restaurant
Disliked: In our original room the bed was damaged and uncomfortable

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Rooms were comortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was above accomodating - everyone was friendly.
Disliked: Stayed in 3 different rooms over 3 different stays and each bathroom faucet / shower system worked differently.

Perfect hotel for a 3...

Liked: Loved the location and in house restaurant
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Great location and a very good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff member who serviced my room. She responded to requests with efficiency and a smile.
Disliked: Found the room somewhat small.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Breakfast was wonderful, when you could find a table. It was way too crowded.
Disliked: Noise from the street since we had to have the windows open because it was warm.

Well located.

Liked: Well located, confortable beds and rooms.
Disliked: We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and were given 2 rooms, 30 rooms apart.

Liked: Excellent buffet breakfast, comfy beds, spacious rooms, very good toiletries
Disliked: Strange elevators/ hallways setup, but once you figure it out, it's ok. Can't adjust thermostat in the room, which makes it too warm in the summer, even though it wasn't really hot outside
