Disliked: didnt have hot milk that i wanted for hot tea or coffee. the 2 single beds instead of 1 double was uncomfortable.

Liked: The beakfast was very good.
Disliked: There was no parking for my car, although I had booked the room, which had breakfast and parking included.

Good value for the money.

Liked: Great breakfast, possibility to park free in the nearby streets, very central location.
Disliked: The whole bathroom floor could get wet when you showered because of the limitation of the shower door (it didn’t cover the whole shower area).

Great hotel in the centre...

Liked: Great hotel in a very central location, with friendly stuff, good breakfast, clean rooms.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy, probably, because the building is quite historical.

My second stay at this...

Liked: It is a good hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We even got our rooms early before normal check-in and it helped out a lot that day. Bishop Arms is easy accessed inside the hotel and they have a good kitchen and a great bar.
Disliked: Not to sound petty but the coffee is not drinkable, neither at breakfast or in the lobby. It is not an actual problem since there are coffee shops nearby and as usual there is a water heater and coffee in the rooms.

Disliked: The door to the toilet was very noisy, the quilt cover was too small

Liked: Great location for my stay. The Bishop’s Arms pub in the hotel has a good range of drinks and the food is very good. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Loved having coffee and still and sparkling water on tap all day. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny.
