Liked: The hotel and the room were really great: spacious, spotless, beautiful. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is amazing. I liked everything.

Disliked: There was a continuous thudding noise in our room which completely ruined our sleep. We told about this and we were offered a sincere sorry but i think the hotel should offer something more

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite and nice. The room was fine.
Disliked: Everything is a bit outdated. Elevators are really small and you have to wait for another one if someone got in before you. Breakfast area is so extremely dark that it feels as if you are eating in a night club. Also would love to have some better coffee options and a fresh juice. No fish was served. Also thought it was weird having to ask for a “window opener”.

Liked: Staff was excellent, bed was comfy, breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: No way to open a window in the room so it can get stuffy. Also the TV is super glitchy, I had to reset it 3 times just to watch the local news
