Very good
Liked: The room was comfortable, and we had a lovely four poster bed, which made us feel a little special. The host was friendly and offered some suggestions for sightseeing and dining.
Disliked: Our room was comfortable, but there was limited space for hanging clothes, and access from the carpark is a bit awkward if you have heavy suitcases, but it would be difficult to overcome these minor issues in such a lovely old building.

Superb
Liked: The property was in an excellent location to walk to the lake and a 20 minute walk to the town of Windermere. The hosts were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. Parking is available on site. The room was spacious and nice.

Love the Lakes
Liked: Location was fantastic to the shops, bars etc. Car parking around the back or on the front street.
Disliked: Radiator on the last evening started whistling at 4am, shame otherwise.
