Liked: Peter and Margarita are exceptionally hospitable and welcoming hosts. Very personable and receptive to any needs one might have. An excellent location close to the city centre, with everything you might expect from a homely b&b.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly and informative host, good breakfast, spotlessly clean room. Great location, 5 mins from the Royal Crescent and an easy walk to the centre.
Disliked: Noting springs to mind, all good.

A comfortable, perfectly located place...

Liked: Prime Location, walking distance to anything you would want to see in Bath. Convenient, secure parking on the premises, and Peter and Margarita were wonderful hosts. Royal Victoria Park is literally in the back, as well as the Royal Crescent. Breakfast was very nice too! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Superb

Liked: It was very comfortable and the owners were really friendly. Breakfast was beautifully presented and good. Elgin Villa is a beautiful house in the middle of Victoria Park. This is a great location as you can walk in to the centre of Bath easily or catch a bus. You are very close to the Royal Crescent. My room was spacious with nice views over the garden and over the centre of Bath and surrounding hills. I was given a very generous supply of tea and milk plus my own jar of decaff coffee for my stay.
Disliked: The curtains were pale and so I woke up very early every morning. I was also woken by the seagulls! The hotel itself is very quiet but I am not used to hearing gulls.

Liked: Owners very helpful & so accommodating. Our room was huge ,light & airy & the beds were very comfortable. Great shower & facilities .Breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast was delicious plus pastries & grapes. Great cups of tea!.

Convenient location, nice B&B but...

Liked: Location was excellent , walking distance to all the sights . The host and hostess were lovely, breakfast was nice
Disliked: No internet - the only place we stayed that had no internet which makes it difficult when you are travelling from overseas A bar fridge would have been nice in the room as we stayed during a heatwave and we would have liked to have some cold drinks on hand
