Disappointing overall, not value for...

Liked: Donna the receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful. Beds were very comfy. Exterior was impressive
Disliked: Breakfast was average and staff seemed rushed and stressed which made the time in the room seem less peaceful. Staff in general were not welcoming. Internal decor fid not match the external. Pool area was tired and needed a good clean

Great place to stay when...

Liked: The scenery was fantastic. Wonderful place to stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Price of bottled water was a bit silly, £4.75!, everything else was wonderful.
