Liked: Room was nicely furnished, shower was big enough not to bang my elbows against the wall!
Disliked: Room had no windows, only Velux-type skylights. Main room light did not work so the only room lighting was bedside lights.Bed was big but neither my wife nor I had a good nights' sleep: I found it too soft, but my wife felt it was too hard!Had 2 dinners and one breakfast at the property: we found the food to be less than hot when served and it got cold very quickly, but we found out later that the food is made in the kitchen of an adjacent property! Had we known that, we would probably have used Deliveroo! The coffee was from a machine and it was lukewarm from the get-go and not enjoyable.

Disliked: Shower screen was a little short so ended up with a puddle on the bathroom floor. Minor detail - there really wasn’t much to dislike!

A luxurious yet comfortable stay

Liked: Beautifully decorated with lovely small touches in the room.
Disliked: We were in the ‘snug room’ which was beautiful and everything you’d want just exceptionally warm probably due to its location in the building and only a small window. It wouldn’t put me off booking again, however.
