Where is my refund

Liked: They had no record of my reservation and were booked solid.had to find lodging elsewhere.where is my refund?That's what I would like
Disliked: I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THIS IS MY THIRD EMAIL TO YOU AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE

Adequate for budget option.

Liked: Old, but adequate for a budget option. Nice indoor pool. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Ice available, but had to ask staff to get bucket and cups? No vending machines. Somewhat thin walls.

Liked: The location and inside the main building is quite spacious and amazing. With an indoor pool and expansive lobby.
Disliked: The room although well furnished didn’t have basic supplies like plastic glasses, coffee and coffee cups, an ice bucket, etc.

Liked: Mariah was great and very polite

Very frendly service at check...

Liked: I was not able to stay for breakfast. had an early start.
Disliked: Part of the drive/parking was a little tight but nothing that would deter me from staying again.
