Disappointed about the T.V.

Liked: Great breakfast. Nice pool. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: No one had T.V... Complainers got 30 percent off your bill. The hot tubs were not filled.

Liked: We liked the location and the price, the hot breakfast and the fact there is housekeeping daily.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken the entire stay and the large groups of tour busses daily made for too large crowds at breakfast and waiting on elevators.

Unfortunately bad WIFI ruined our...

Liked: The pool was nice size in a room with large windows. Water pressure for the shower was amazing! Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room had terrible WIFI, such that we had difficulty connecting to the WIFi with our phones or laptops and all of the devices kept getting disconnected. The TV also had trouble playing the free Samsung TV and the Netflix without buffering every 5 seconds. This created some issue with my kids since they've not seen this kinds of issues before. When I went downstairs to complain about the issue, the person simply said "Thanks for letting me know. I'll ask maintenance to fix it tomorrow." Unfortunately that didn't help us with our 1 night stay!

Expect a comfortable sleep in...

Liked: I was expecting a newer or updated property because of the photos but it really was just average and needing more work. The towels and bed were fine. The sheets were obviously clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The carpeting in the hallway is horrible with age. It needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The floors in the elevator warn you that they are slippery when wet yet they tell you to leave your towels by the pool so of course people leave puddles. The carpeting in the room needs a deep cleaning, too. The two hot tubs were out of order. Nothing is within walking distance.

Liked: This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in in a long time. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
