Crested Butte is a wonderful...

Liked: Staff was willing to help and friendly
Disliked: There was no food options after 8 pm. the only restaurant in the village was closed for private party.

Liked: No breakfast. Location was the Best!

Liked: Room was fine, some interior wall/sliding glass door maintenance issues in bedroom area.
Disliked: Ridiculous to pay for parking when paying $275.00 per night! Need more signage in garage, i.e. EXIT and directional.

Liked: room and bed very nice. pool and hot tub excellent. love the overall set up.
Disliked: parking is expensive. overall cost is expensive. everything was closed. The shopping. restaurant, bar.

Liked: It was in a great location. Front desk was nice.
Disliked: Not the cleanliest hotel, smelled of poopoo our floor. Finally we had to ask the front desk to clean their garbage’s on the floor. The parking was expensive; it was under construction so we couldn’t park upstairs. Also, a family member got altitude sickness really bad; unfortunately, we had to leave a night early. We asked for a discount from parking since we couldn’t get any type of room discount, yet they refused. So disappointed. We will stay elsewhere next time we are in crested Butte.

Liked: I love that the property had a pool and a hot tub.
Disliked: That it did not have a true kitchenette. I wish it would’ve had a burner or some kind of stove. I didn’t like that when we came that nothing was open. They said none of their shops in the hotel or the restaurants or anything was open because it was the off-season. You figure that they would wanna make money. if I would have known that I would’ve booked an earlier stay so I could’ve enjoyed the restaurant and all the amenities they offer.
