Liked: Great staff who helped me out, especially when there was a booking problem. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend it!

Liked: Good mountain location; adequate room size; enjoyed the coffee shop and Jose’s outdoor area
Disliked: Desperately needs an upgrade (which we realize is about to happen). Weekend rates were high given the condition of the property. Room service apparently missed us on day 2 so we had to request new towels. Parking area is dilapidated.

I really enjoyed the layout...

Liked: Nice big room and thoughtfully put together
Disliked: Meal choices at the restaurant were limited. The parking garage was weirdly shaped, but adequate. It seemed like there were not many plugs. I had a hard time figuring out how to turn off the bed lamps.

Great location but low value...

Liked: Location was great. Quiet and easy access to downtown via free city bus.
Disliked: A) insufficient parking to accommodate vehiclesB) one steel balcony chair was broken and bent and had sharp edges that created a safety issue. It took two notifications and the threat of contacting the manager to get a replacement chair.C) cupboards in the suite are built for very tall people, such that a person with average height cannot reach dishes stored there.D) overall the facilities and rooms are worn and in need of renovations.

Great hotel but no AC...

Liked: Liked the location and ease of getting to everything. Jose restaurant was good for breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: We went during the summer when it was warm during the day.. this hotel did not have AC as a choice
