Liked: It was in a great location. Front desk was nice.
Disliked: Not the cleanliest hotel, smelled of poopoo our floor. Finally we had to ask the front desk to clean their garbage’s on the floor. The parking was expensive; it was under construction so we couldn’t park upstairs. Also, a family member got altitude sickness really bad; unfortunately, we had to leave a night early. We asked for a discount from parking since we couldn’t get any type of room discount, yet they refused. So disappointed. We will stay elsewhere next time we are in crested Butte.

Liked: I love that the property had a pool and a hot tub.
Disliked: That it did not have a true kitchenette. I wish it would’ve had a burner or some kind of stove. I didn’t like that when we came that nothing was open. They said none of their shops in the hotel or the restaurants or anything was open because it was the off-season. You figure that they would wanna make money. if I would have known that I would’ve booked an earlier stay so I could’ve enjoyed the restaurant and all the amenities they offer.

Offseason disappointment

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Understandably, the shoulder seasons prevent establishments from operating at full capacity. However, this experience was just too bare bones to enjoy, even for the one night we stayed. Though we did book through a third-party site, the hotel website itself only has one off-season closure posted, which was the Billy Bar. In truth, nothing was available to guests— not even coffee creamer.
