Disliked: We attempted to get breakfast 30-40 mins before they closed and almost everything was empty, furthermore, there was NO staff member to ask to replenish.

Breakfast was deal breaker

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and well kept. The games in lobby were pleasant. The night clerk was friendly. The pool was crowded but looked nice. The fitness center was nicely equipped. The breakfast was not presented well or stocked properly. Early about 30 minutes after opening breakfast, the foods we're already empty to include items that should not run out quickly given the early time and small crowd. No juice and when refilled it was almost water. No waffle mix, no meat, no biscuits, eggs unpleasant to look at. The breakfast attendant kept going behind a closed door and had to be told repeatedly to come out and stock the breakfast. For the high amount of money paid, the breakfast should have been stocked properly. The day clerk appeared as if she was not well and kept her head down. The breakfast fiasco ruined the whole stay. I understand running out of items as people come. But the breakfast was far from stocked from the beginning of the morning. If you expect breakfast at the hotel, stay somewhere else or go to Denny's. Highest price hotel I've ever stayed at.
